Former F1 driver Felipe Massa has officially filed the lawsuit in a London court claiming he should have been declared the 2008 world champion instead of Lewis Hamilton, due to irregularities in the 2008 Singapore Grand Prix.

Massa demands an official recognition and about £64 million in damages.

The FIA, Formula 1, and Bernie Ecclestone are all trying to get the case dismissed.

This is unprecedented it´s extremely rare for a world title from over a decade ago to be legally challenged.
